Annual Christmas Lunch 2024

Christmas is just around the corner and we are planning ahead!  On December 20, the last day of school, we are having our Annual Christmas Lunch.

In the past for our Christmas lunch we asked students to bring in an assigned item to contribute to the meal. Example: bread crumbs for stuffing. Students would bring in those items during the week of the meal and staff would prep and cook all the items brought in.

This year we are trying something new.  We are asking each student for $5.00 to help offset the cost of the meal. Renaissance and other donations will cover the rest. No student will go without for this Christmas meal. This fee is encouraged but not mandatory. If you would like to sponsor a plate or make a donation towards our school's Christmas meal please contact the office at 403-746-2236.

We invite parents, coaches, bus drivers and other members of the community to join us as well - at no cost. Parents can also attend if they wish.
 
We are excited to change things up this year and we hope this makes it easier on families trying to find high demand items during the Christmas season. 
 
Food to expect:
Turkey and Ham
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Stuffing
Vegetable (corn)
Caesar salad
Buns, pickles, cranberry sauce
Assortment of desserts
Juice
