Parent Driver Information
The use of private vehicles for transporting students on approved school trips is allowed but drivers are required to carry a minimum of $2,000,000 third party auto liability coverage.
Please fill out the attached volunteer driver authorization form and provide a copy of your insurance stating the $2,000,000 liability to the school office.
A volunteer driver authorization form and a copy of insurance must be submitted on a yearly basis.
