Current WCPS students in Kindergarten to Grade 12 will be automatically enrolled for the next year & you will receive an online demographic form through your parent portal in August to verify your child’s information. Parents will login to their parent portal and scroll down to School Engage on the left hand side to complete any incomplete forms assigned to them.
For students registering in WCPS for the first time. Click on the New Student Registration button to the left.
How to Register New Students
1. Create your account
Click the “Create New Account” button and complete the form
If your student is returning then you MUST log in to your parent portal account to complete the forms attached to your current student(s)
2. Confirm your new account
You will receive a confirmation email from Wolf Creek Public Schools.
You will have to access that email and confirm your email before you can continue
3. Sign in
Sign into your account to be directed to the current year registration form for this school year or if you are registering for next school year select the correct year.
4. Add student
Click the ‘add student’ button on the left side of the screen. Then enter the student’s first and last name, date of birth and click the SAVE button
5. Complete the registration form
Click ‘New’ next to the 2023-2024 registration form for this year or the 2024-2025 registration form if you are registering for next year. The registration form will open and you must complete all fields and click SUBMIT on the last page in order for the school to receive your registration.
To register another new student click the ‘Add Student’ button again and follow the above steps for them.
6. Save and log out
You are now registered. Welcome to Eckville Jr Sr High School!

Please Note:
Alberta Education requires an annual Student Registration or Demographic Update Form, for every student, signed by the Parent or Legal Guardian to verify that the student qualifies for Provincial or National Education funding. The Demographic Update form serves as an annual registration form for all returning WCPS K-12 students.
On August 31/Sept 1, you will receive an email to the email address attached to your Parent Portal account. If you don’t have a Parent Portal account, please contact your child's school office. Follow the directions in the email to complete a Demographic Update form for each PreK-12 student you have in a Wolf Creek school. If you did not receive an email asking you to update your child's student profile, please check your spam/junk folder. Using a phone or tablet to complete these forms may cause issues for some users. We recommend using a desktop, laptop or Chromebook. If you are having issues submitting the form, accessing your Parent Portal account or require access to a device to complete this form, please contact your child’s school office. Online Student Demographic Update forms are due Sept 15.
